Our story
Alyssa and Andrew met in Fraser, Colorado, as students at Timberline, a gap-year program. That's where their deep friendship began, along with the first quiet hints of something more. In the years that followed, the Lord led them down separate paths, but their friendship (and their affection for each other) never faded.

Then, in January 2026, Andrew worked up the courage to ask Alyssa on a date, and Alyssa found the courage to say she'd love to. Since then, their story has been full of adventures: visits to Andrew's home in California and Alyssa's in Missouri, meeting in the middle in Colorado, and a vision trip to Istanbul to dream about what a life together overseas might look like. Through it all, the Lord has been drawing them closer to Him and to each other.
